Disability Insurance Benefits DeniedLong Term Disability and ERISA Benefits

Mr. Bleach’s practice is limited to the recovery of Long-Term Disability Insurance benefits on behalf of claimants whose claims have been denied by their insurance companies. Most often, these insurance policies are issued as part of an employee benefits package and will be governed by the federal law known as ERISA. ERISA lawsuits can only be filed in federal court and are subject to stringent deadlines. It is vital for a claimant whose disability claim has been denied to receive advice from counsel familiar with this area of law as soon as possible after the denial of his or her claim in order to ensure that all legal rights are preserved.

Mr. Bleach can advise you as to whether your claim is governed by ERISA and can represent you in appealing your claim to the insurance company and in federal court, if your insurer refuses to reinstate benefits.

This is the only practice area for the firm. If you seek legal advice in another area of law, please contact your local Lawyer Referral Service, which can be found in the attorney listings in your local phone book.

Mr. Bleach does not accept clients with the following types of claims:

  • Social Security Disability
  • Worker’s Compensation
  • ADA Claims
  • Employment Discrimination
  • Health Insurance Claims
  • 401(k) / Pension Claims
