Robert T. Bleach, Esq.
Robert T. Bleach graduated with high honors from Rutgers University in 1993, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. He was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He then attended the University of Florida School of Law, where he was a member of the Florida Law Review, graduating with honors in 1996.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Bleach moved to Pensacola, Florida, where he practiced insurance defense law with the law firm of Bozeman, Jenkins & Matthews for six years. Mr. Bleach then joined the Soloway Law Firm, where he practiced plaintiff’s personal injury, civil rights, and ERISA disability law for eight years, using his knowledge of the “defense side” of trial and appellate practice for the benefit of inujred clients. In 2010, Mr. Bleach started his own “boutique” law firm to serve the needs of ERISA / Long-Term Disability claimants. Mr. Bleach is the author of the Disability Insurance Appeal Guide, a self-help manual for disability insurance claimants who want to handle their own disability insurance appeals.
Mr. Bleach is admitted to practice in the following courts:
